RRF History

RRF (Luton) began in 1978 in a very small way through the pioneering efforts of Overseer Lynford Wilson. It began in his home with his young family but would outgrow his home necessitating a move to larger and more public venues. In 1999 RRF Luton secured the purchase of its present place of worship. RRF (Luton) is situated in Bury Park, Luton and his home to an increasing number of different nationalities from Africa, the Caribbean and the UK. Is a community based church with an inclusive agenda. Our ministry banner is “His House shall be called a house of prayer for all nations”. Worship, prayer and the word of God are the most important aspects of our individual and collective gatherings. As befitting our name we strongly believe and strive to be in fellowship with others of like faith so as to establish and enlarge the kingdom of God on earth.

In 2008 Restoration Revival Fellowship celebrated 40 years of ministry which began in a small apartment in London, England. The ministry was birthed after a season of prayer by a handful of hungry young people who gathered together from different churches to seek God for the greater good of the Kingdom of God. After a season of prayer and the strategic coming together of this handful of brothers and sisters the Lord graciously poured out His Spirit, a revival was the outcome of this outpouring of the Spirit. In a short time through the prophetic word and its confirmation a ministry would begin. Since the start of this ministry churches have been planted in UK, India and Africa.
